Q: What is Online Pre-Pay?
A: Online Pre-Pay lets you purchase picture packages ahead of Picture Day through your school’s landing page. You can secure your preferred package and pricing before photos are taken — then, once your child’s gallery is ready, you’ll be able to view images in our online proofing shop and place additional orders if you wish.Q: What are the benefits of Online Pre-Pay?

🌟 Pre-Pay+ (Online Pre-Pay with Added Savings & Pose Selection)
Q: What is Pre-Pay+?
A: Pre-Pay+ includes all the benefits of Online Pre-Pay, plus extra savings and the ability to choose your favorite pose(s) before your package is printed. When you order before Picture Day:You lock in early-bird pricing.
You get to select your preferred image(s) from your online gallery.
Your order ships directly to your home.
Note: Digital downloads in some cases may take up to 5 days to be released from the order collector after your purchase.
🏫 Paper (Cash) Pre-Pay
Q: How does the Paper Pre-Pay form work?
A: A few weeks before Picture Day, some schools send home a paper envelope for families who prefer to pay by cash or check. Fill it out, include your payment, and return it to the photographer on Picture Day.Q: What’s different about Paper Pre-Pay?
A:Uses the standard yearbook pose (no pose selection).
Orders are automatically printed and delivered back to the school for distribution.
Class group photos can also be pre-paid online, but they’re delivered to the school in batches.
Note: Not all schools participate in the Paper (Cash) Pre-Pay option — check your school’s landing page for availability.
Q: How do digital downloads work with Paper Pre-Pay?
A: If you purchased a digital download using a Paper Pre-Pay form:A digital download form will be delivered to the school for your student about 10 days after Picture Day.
Once that form is submitted, your file will be emailed to you within 48 hours.
🧭 Online Proofing (Post–Picture Day Ordering)
Q: What is Online Proofing?
A: Online Proofing allows you to view your child’s images before you buy. Once Picture Day is complete and galleries are uploaded, you’ll receive an email or text with a link to the online proofing shop, where you can browse and order your favorite photos in real time.Q: How long are images available online?
A: Photos remain available for up to 4 weeks after Picture Day. We encourage families to place their orders early to take advantage of full product availability and timely delivery.Q: Are there any discounts or early-bird pricing?
A: Online Proofing orders do not include early-bird pricing — however, you’ll have the benefit of seeing your images before you buy, and you can order any time during the open gallery period. -
Q: How will I know when my photos are ready?
A: You’ll receive an email or text once your gallery goes live. You can also check your school’s landing page on ckvisuals.com/schools for updates or use the Contact Us form if you’re unsure.Q: What if I didn’t pre-pay?
A: No problem! You’ll still be able to view your child’s photos in the online proofing shop once their gallery is ready and order prints, packages, or downloads anytime — typically within up to 4 weeks after Picture Day.Q: What if my child missed Picture Day?
A: Most schools schedule a make-up day. If your child prepaid, your order automatically carries over in the form of a credit. If not, you’ll still be able to order once the new photos are available.Q: Can I request a retake?
A: Yes! If you’d like a new photo, fill out your school’s Contact Us form before make-up day so we can make sure your child is added to the retake list. -
Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A:Print orders: Typically arrive within 12 days of processing.
Digital downloads: Instantly for online proofing orders, and within 48 hours after submitting the download form for Paper Pre-Pay orders.
Q: My order didn’t arrive or something’s wrong — what should I do?
A: We’re happy to help! Go to your school’s Contact Us form on their landing page, select the option that matches your issue, and include your child’s name and teacher. Our team will take care of it quickly.
